Beau Chien Dog Grooming Salon is located in the heart of Portchester, near Fareham in Hampshire. We are a family run business and pride ourselves on our professional but friendly way in which we deal with our valued customers.

We have a large local client base which has been built up by personal recommendations and word of mouth by our existing customers.

The shop is modern and spacious with excellent facilities. There are no cage driers or holding crates in our shop – something which has been popular with our customers. We are proud of the way in which we have proven that we can deal with previously nervous or difficult dogs.

This is achieved by the stress free atmosphere we have created here at Beau Chien.

Took Rosie (my wirehaired dachshund) to have her nails cut this morning,the ladies at Beau Chien are delightful,so kind and gentle with their “clients “ didn’t want to charge me.....so money went into the tips box.... we will certainly be back......highly recommended.

Very polite and helpful on the phone, able to give me a price for my cavalier to be washed and clipped. Have not used before but have heard good things and have had quite a few recommendations to use them. Price was reasonable compared to what I have been paying. Excellent friendly service.They are collecting for Australian wildlife didn't charge me for cutting my dogs nails just asked if I wanted to put in donation in collection tin they are also putting staff tips in. Made swift good job of nails

The ladies at Beau Chien look after our miniature schnauzer as if he were their own. We know he loves it there as he pulls on the lead from the moment we get out of the car to the moment we walk through their doors. We like the fact that Beau Chien offer different washes and grooms to suit and will discuss different clipping options and give suggestions too. Prices are very competitive and would highly recommend to anyone. We love them so much we book our little one in for the whole year in advance!

They are brilliant and love your babies as much as you do. We have been with them for many years and started with 1 dog to 4 dogs, they take them in all together so they feel brave together and when my pom was a baby, they let her be with my other dog so she can get use to the sounds and smells.
